Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

  • If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 natural days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. The date of receipt will be the date that the courier service delivered to the original destination or the date in which the product was received in store.
  • Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. All original tags must be intact.
  • Original Postage and Packaging costs will be deducted as follows:
    Local Returns: MXN $ 500
    International Returns: MXN$1,200
  • Cancellation of orders in drops.jetstore.com.mx will generate a MXN$500 restocking fee.
    Cancellation of international orders will generate a MXN$1000 restocking fee.

RETURNS:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you can return them within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are in the original conditions of sale. The date of receipt will be the one marked by the courier service used or at the time it was received in store.
  • Once the product is returned, you will be entitled to receive a change or refund, which will not include the cost of shipping and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or not in original condition. All original labels must be intact.
  • Original shipping and packaging costs will be deducted as follows:
    Local returns: $ 500 MXN
    International returns: $ 1,200 MXN
  • Order cancellation will result in a stock replenishment fee of $500 MXN.
  • Cancellation of international orders will result in a stock replenishment fee of $1000 MXN

FREE LOCAL RETURNS

  • In certain times we will offer free local returns as well which will be published in the site. In this case please use the DHL ticket supplied with your package. If there is no return ticket included we are not offering free returns at this time.
  • Some products will be sold with a security tag. If the security tag is not intact when the product is returned we will not be able to receive the product and your product will not be refunded.
  • Products that fail inspection for return will be made available for pick up in store for 30 days or will be sent back with the cost charged to the owner.


FREE LOCAL RETURNS

  • In certain situations, we will also offer free local returns and will be posted on the site. In this case, you must use the DHL return guide included with your package. If there is no return guide included, we will not be able to offer you a free return.
  • Some of the products will be sold with a security label. If the security label is not intact when the product is returned, we will not be able to receive it and therefore will not be returned.
  • Products that do not pass the inspection test for return, will be available for collection in store for 30 days or will be sent back and the cost will be charged to the buyer.

Returns Terms and Guidelines
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and / or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
You must contact the store at contacto@jetstore.com.mx to let us know that you are returning a product.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned an item from outside Mexico, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. JET. is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Terms and conditions of returns
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete with original labels and / or packaging, as appropriate.
We are not responsible for shipping costs for returning items.

All items must be in original condition for sale.

Make sure all returned items are well packed so they do not suffer any damage.
If shoes are returned, be sure to protect the box so that it is received in accordance with the policies. The box is part of the product, therefore, for any damage it suffers could be rejected for the purposes of return.
Make sure all packages for return are shipped with a traceable courier service.


You must contact the store via email contacto@jetstore.com.mx to inform us that a product is being returned.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
If you return an item outside Mexico, please clearly mark the package with the legend 'PRODUCTS RETURNED'to avoid customs charges.
JET is not responsible for tax payments made by the refund.
